Reid is a singer-songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and audio engineer. He is a graduate of NYU. Besides his own music, he has worked with multiple artists in New York City and beyond as a producer and songwriter. He has also performed in many NYC venues and is one half of the DJ/Production duo, DNC and part of the band Schrodinger's Cats

Dylan is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and law student. He contributes to the creative and business sides of De Facto Media and runs our publishing department. He has been a songwriting, performing, recording, engineering, and producing collaborator with Reid for nearly a decade. He graduated from NYU’s Music Business program and currently attends St. John’s School of Law.

Ethan is a producer, DJ, 1/2 of DNC and host of DNC Radio. Ethan executes strategic growth initiatives and oversees release roll outs. He maintains a life long passion for music and the music community- a devotion critical to the development of De Facto Media.
